I had the studio at Tuggerah booked for a 5 hour shoot on a Sunday. The plan was that the model from Newcastle, who was also a photographer, was to arrange another 2 models for the both of us to shoot in the final 2 hours. I had also arranged for another model to come up from Sydney for the last 2 hours. As it turned out none of these people were professional with all flaking.
With no correspondence from any of them for some time I suspected they would flake. So I contacted Silvana on the Friday to see if she would be interested in another studio shoot with me, and if she knew of any models who would be available to ask them along and we could both shoot them - Silvana is also a photographer. Silvana brought along Ashleigh Knight, a local musician and singer.
I shot Silvana and Ashleigh separately and together. The lighting was the studios strobes in large softboxes. White background. Lenses used were the Sigma 35 f/1.4 ART, Nikon 85mm f/1.8, Nikon 135 f/2 and the Nikon 28-70 f/4. Most shooting was done at ISO 100, f/8 and 1/125 second.
